This activity is popular with children of all ages who launch the bottle rocket by pulling
on the trigger rope possibly because they cannot avoid getting drenched by the water
exhaust. Dry launching in the cooler months is not so dramatic but I provide ear
defenders to the trigger puller because of the raised sound level. click photos to
